First time?

Your first session runs about 60 minutes. Eli starts with a conversation about your history and what brought you in, followed by a whole-body assessment. Treatment is gentle, hands-on, and tailored to what your body is asking for.

Cancellation

24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Inside that window, the session is charged at full rate — the time rarely fills on short notice.
