Straightforward pricing, sliding scale when needed.

Every session is the same length and the same work — whether it's your first visit or your tenth. One price, GST included, no hidden extras.

Osteopathic session.

A full hands-on appointment — consultation, assessment, treatment, and follow-up guidance. Same rate whether you're new or returning.

A note on the first visit. Your first session runs the same length as any other — 60 minutes. The difference is just that we'll spend a bit more of that time on history and assessment. No separate "intake fee," no longer booking to charge more for.
If cost is a barrier

Sliding scale, no questions.

Offered at the Nelson location.

Osteopathy should be available to people across income levels, not just those who can comfortably pay the standard rate. If the full price is a stretch, reach out — I keep a number of sliding-scale spots open each week.

There's no form to fill out and nothing to justify. Just let me know when you book, and we'll set a rate together that works for your situation.

  • NelsonCash, cheque, or Interac e-transfer within 12 hours of your appointment.
  • CastlegarCredit or debit card, charged through Jane App at the time of booking or after session.

Cancellation

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session rate, since the spot could have gone to someone else waiting.

Receipts & extended health

You'll receive a receipt suitable for submission to your extended health provider. I don't direct-bill — you pay at the session and submit for reimbursement.
