Osteopathy vs ChiropracticChiropractic and Osteopathy share many of the same principles. However, how they go about enacting those principles are often quite different. Chiropractors primarily focus on the spine and nervous system, whereas the osteopathic perspective encompasses all the joints in the body, including the sutures of the skull, as well as the muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, organs arteries, veins and connective tissue.

A Chiropractor usually spend 15 minutes with a client. A Traditional Osteopath usually has sessions that are a minimum of 45 minutes and oftentimes over an hour. This gives sufficient them time to discover and release the multi-faceted restrictions found in the body.
